Rudy is recognized as a consummate sales professional, skilled manager, and astute relationship builder. he has focused his 35-year career in the transpacific freight forwarding market, specifically dealing in ocean consolidation, air, and inland transport. an effective sales motivator and adept at dealing with customers of all sizes, he has built his reputation on offering clients exceptional customer service.
Rudy has always led his group by example and feels a company’s biggest asset is its people.
Mirko has spent his 30-year career in logistics and freight forwarding. He is an enthusiastic leader with a strong work ethic and a desire to mentor and motivate staff to become leaders. Experienced with start-ups, including UTC’s Project Division which grew from an “empty desk” to a multimillion-dollar network, he has learned to think entrepreneurially, always considering the bottom line.
Many of Mirko’s clients have been doing business with him for over 25 years, a testament to the loyal relationships he has built.
Marco is responsible for the management and oversight of worldwide project teams. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, he has worked with major international project forwarders managing complex turnkey deliveries of heavy-lift cargoes to remote locations around the globe. He has experience directing major capital projects from conception to completion, providing management oversight enhanced by years of direct operational experience.
Marco is the past Chair of U.S. Exporters Competitive Maritime Council and is active with the U.S. Export-Import Bank.
Hans provides strategic, operational, and financial leadership for all UTC divisions. He is responsible for a network of worldwide offices and business activities covering specialized industry verticals. Collaborating with the Executive Management Team, he develops strategies and policies promoting short and long-term goals that lead to responsible growth and expansion. Hans has developed strong alliances and partnerships with customers, agents, and third-party service providers.
Offering superior service to customer and partners continues to be his guiding principle.
Brian has over forty years of experience in international projects, industrial shipping, and related logistics services. After purchasing the Projects department of Universal Transcontinental Corporation in 1989, he founded UTC Overseas, Inc. to focus on global projects. He grew the company from one office with three people into a worldwide office network operating on six continents.
Project experience that ranges from last-mile operations and final site delivery to capital, turnkey, and greenfield projects has allowed Brian to provide knowledgeable and innovative solutions for all types of logistical challenges.
